Refund and Returns Policy

Jewels of Adaa (Ace Originate) — We generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we take great care to ensure that our products reach you in perfect condition. You may request a return or exchange under the following circumstances:

The product is defective

You received an incorrect order

Items can only be returned if they are unworn and in their original packaging, including boxes. Any issues must be reported within 2 days of receiving your order. Once we receive your return request, our team will inspect the product to determine its eligibility for an exchange based on our policy.

Please ensure that the product has not been broken, altered, mishandled, heated, chemically treated, or otherwise damaged, making it unsuitable for resale. Returns must reach us within 14 days of delivery.

Terms for Return & Exchange

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

1. On your invoice, circle the item(s) you wish to return and indicate the reason.

2. Await a “Return Accepted” confirmation email from us.

3. Securely pack the return in its original packaging, including the completed invoice.

4. Ship the package to: JewelsofAdaa, 39, Basement, Shahpur Jat, Near Asiad Village, New Delhi

Please note:

Returns and exchanges are not accepted once the product has been dispatched, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

Products purchased at a discount are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds. However, if an exchanged product is unavailable, we can issue store credits equivalent to the purchase amount. These credits can be used for future purchases. Once approved, store credits are typically processed within 3 to 5 working days.
